Terrible experience. I went on the website and made sure I was looking at this store before checking your inventory on multiple items I was planning to buy. I got there, and you were sold out of almost everything on my list even though the website said you had multiple in stock. Then I asked one of your employees a question and she refused to make eye contact and I honestly wasn't even sure she heard me until she finally murmured, "if we had it, it'd be on aisle 48." Like... wow thanks for the expertise. I'd already been in the store for 30 minutes at that point, going from item to item and finding their bins empty. I'd come in planning to spend over $100 and instead just wasted over an hour of my day. I'm trying to run a business with very little time and profit margin and you just totally wasted my time today. Get with the program please.

I always enjoy visiting Michaels. It’s a great place for anyone who loves creativity, whether you’re working on a simple DIY project or something more detailed. The store offers a wide variety of supplies—from art materials and seasonal décor to baking items and floral arrangements—so there’s always something inspiring to discover. The staff are usually friendly and willing to help, especially when you’re looking for something specific or need ideas. I also appreciate the frequent sales and coupons, which make it easier to try new projects without spending too much. Sometimes the store can feel a bit disorganized, and certain items may be out of stock, but overall it’s a fun and motivating place to shop. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m in a creative mood.

Michaels is a craft store offering a wide variety of arts and crafts supplies, home decor, and seasonal items. It sort of reminds me of a HomeGoods store but way more organized. They have friendly and helpful staff, and the sales are pretty good.

I was shopping at the Tanasbourne location close to closing time today and was approached by a bald headed man who I assume was the manager and asked to leave because I didn’t put something back where it belonged usually I do but I was in a hurry cuz they were gonna close and I had changed my mind about something I had in my cart and just placed it on the shelve I asked if I could buy the stuff prob about $65 worth of stuff that was in my cart and he said no I just need u to leave and don’t come back again I have been shopping at Micheal’s for over 20 years and never been treated this poorly and rudely ever it was completely uncalled for and embarrassing and I’m completely appalled by this and disgusted is this how u treat customers who have literally spent thousands of dollars over the years at ur store and because I put something in the wrong place I get publicly shamed and thrown out !!! Is this how Michael’s rewards their loyal customers!! I will be now going to hobby lobby or anyplace else but Michaels to spend my money and beware make sure u don’t put things back where they don’t belong cuz u will be embarrassed and thrown out !!! Im so taken back and ashamed of u and to thin
